Industry leader to oversee integrated media practice and support agency's continued growth

NEW YORK, July 29, 2026 /PRNewswire-³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø/ -- , an independent advertising and media agency, today announced that Amy Labb has joined as Executive Vice President, Media. In this role, Labb will lead Moon Rabbit's media practice, overseeing strategy, planning, activation, measurement, and performance as the agency continues to expand its client roster and further strengthen its integrated approach to creative and media.

Labb brings nearly 20 years of experience leading media teams across healthcare and pharmaceuticals, automotive, fintech, alcohol and beverage, consumer packaged goods, and retail. Throughout her career, she has built high-performing teams and helped brands use audience insights and data to drive measurable business outcomes.

Before joining Moon Rabbit, Labb served as executive media director at Merkley + Partners, overseeing integrated media strategy, planning, activation, analytics, and performance measurement for clients including BUILT Protein Bars, LENZ Therapeutics, and Mercedes-Benz. Prior to that, she spent more than eight years at Havas Media, leading media strategy and planning for brands including Keurig Dr Pepper, Klarna, and New York-Presbyterian. Earlier in her career, Labb held roles at MediaVest and UM, where her experience included work with brands such as Heineken USA, Starwood Hotels, Johnson & Johnson Pharma, and BMW.
